Aaron Swartz Died For Our Liberty And The Duty of Civil Disobedience

Aaron Swartz is dead.

He is dead because he was silent.

When it came to “Saving the world” Aaron was ready, like most of us, but unlike the rest of us HE SPOKE UP. But in the glamour of his personal victory for the collective; he lost sight that the most important battle he was fighting for us all, was his own. And so that is true for us all. 

We cannot solve our individual problems alone. The system is too complex. Our society, is too chaotic and overbearing. Because as a collective we are unstoppable. Aaron used mobilization of minds to collaborate for ONE VOICE.

Silence, is what brought us here. As it has been said, time and time again; “The only thing evil counts on to prevail in times of injustice; is that good men will do nothing.”

Aaron, forgot or neglected the fact that could have saved him. WE could have saved him and he neglected to ask that collective for help. He thought that if played the game and stayed silent from the inside, by their rules he would be fine because he was on the Righteous Path. He did not know, they can write their own rules as they see fit and that, Law in America is not based on the rights of the individual anymore. Those have been shirked for profit and greed. There is no justice for the individual in American law unless you are aware of the Case Law. This is exactly what Aaron wanted to change. He wanted to give you access to the laws that set you free and all of the information that sets you free. Information wants to be free and it's nature is Liberate the Mind.

Staying silent about his individual battles; because it was thought to be his fight he allowed himself to be martyred. If you knew Aaron Swartz personally, please contact me. I want to help. It is not over for Aaron or us. Please, he did not die in vain. I would have been by his side had I known then and there are tens of millions across the world that believe that to be true as well.

Aaron wasn’t just fighting his own battles, his battle IS OUR BATTLE!

Let this be a lesson to all those experiencing his brand of injustice or any. DO NOT REMAIN SILENT. YOUR SPEECH IS PROTECTED. GAG ORDER OR NOT. Aaron was right, “You are making a difference. Your voice is being heard.” He is dead now, and the US Attorney made an example of him whilst MIT watched. Well, we have gotten word.

Like every one of you; I want to help carry on Aaron's legacy. The legacy of many men and women before him. I want to prove to Aaron that he was right. That the people will do the right thing with knowledge and information. The internet, an education and intercommunication is a Natural Right. We have to educate ourselves to survive, so the Government cannot control information. We have to be able to Communicate with each other. A scientific or medical review, is protected by free speech and cannot be locked away. those scientists and doctors and engineers didn't perform that work so it could get locked up in another PAPAL LIBRARY. That's what the JSTOR, PATENT OFFICE and the CORPORATIONS ARE PROTECTING!

Technology, that would so drastically improve our way of life that it shattered the fabric of our society? Government was no longer needed to provide 90% of its services. It would have to return to a mere representive of the people? This is a bad thing? Only for one entity. If you can't see it, I am sorry. It is not because you are not smart, it is because the information has been kept from you, so obviously.

This is the injustice that he was fighting every day. This is the same injustice we all fight every day.

I believe these ljudgements are relative to our access to the "INFORMATION SUPERHIGHWAY" and all of the data that comes with it. We need to stand up as one voice to defeat this monster called our own ignorance once and for all. Because each one of us, is an Aaron Swartz; someone who saw the problems with society. What is different in men and women like him is this; they didn't know they couldn't change the world.

Those eight reasons are just a piece of the puzzle.

I have been posting from the personal journal of "The Last Great Emperor" of Rome. Out of his other nicknames, the only one that really stuck was, "The Philosopher". Quite the profound thinker, Marcus never intended for his journal to be published, but knowing the ways of social habit; he knew it would be discovered upon his death and you can obviously tell that with 0 errors in calligraphy or grammar it was not his first draft.

Regardless, it is a work of art. Stoic philosopher and Emperor, Marcus, an extremely empathetic man implied an understanding for the human condition unlike any leader before him.

I started meditations in 2006, during my first deployment to Iraq. I have gone through it once and am on my second lap. I love reading his style, because the way he places his musings in context with so few words, yet often with such profound meaning. One of the first collection of "truth's" you can spend an hour inside the head of the Emperor and imagine what it felt like to be a Roman in that time. I would say today, is arguably more parallel to the last 15 years of Rome than any time in our history. Disease, famine, homelessness, joblessness, endless wars on multiple fronts....through his intellectual musings and other historical counts of the actions of the senate at the time mirror the division we see in our Congress today.

It is from my deduction of his writing’s and the collection of his domestic policy that I reach the conclusion that he orchestrated, single handedly through the politicking of democracy and fascism alike; set in place the legislation that would allow the dissolution of the false authority.

At last, in a time of great despair; the word of The Nazarene and his crucifixion had made it to the people. Less than 200 years had passed since the very public execution of the Anarchist; and his message had made it global. It is without doubt, that the guilt of the very soldiers that carried out the act and their vocalization of the atrocities that had been committed in the name of the Jesuit priests at Roman Hands started an uprising. It is not mentioned in the history books, because it would create unrest even today. But, instead of vanishing from the city into the wilderness as the Mayans would 800 years later; they remained in Rome during the vacuum of power and the message they had brought back with them was commandeered by the Oligarchs and a new Rule of Law was established. Many of the men that spoke of the message of Christ were fooled into joining the new cult, believing it was genuine. The newest brand of false authority was born and "The Catholic Church" was formed to restore order. The message of Christ was being distributed through the press as well. Each apostle had written their own account of the events. Because of the public outcry it caused due to the context and vantage it represented; it would be Judas’ message that would have to be hidden from the eyes of the new church or be entered into what would later be known as the Papal library. Why do all of the “blasphemous” works make it into the vault? Is it to keep them safe? Or is it like the Patent Office. Withholding knowledge and ideas from public view. Controlling the flow of information and knowledge has always been the greatest tool of any Authoritarian figure.

Christ's message of equality, selflessness, oneness and individual liberty contradicted central authoritarian rule. His message, destroys the fabric of our manipulated society. If we all love each other as equals, what governing body do we need to solve disputes? If we put other's needs before our own, what agency or federal program will need to feed, house and clothe them? If we worship in our backyards around the BBQ or under the Tabernacle, simply gathering together to commune and be equal. Not to preach to each other and judge one another. If you truly live this way, everything else becomes a façade. Everything else becomes slanted by this dirty veil.

Don’t believe me? Watch the “Assburgers” episode of South Park. I said it. Nothing puts it into perspective more, than a 9 year old having to get wasted just to get through the day society has gone so far off track.

In January and February of 2013 I got into an email war with Facebook. I would post messages, just like this; everywhere. I would try and “witness” my Anarchist testimony to like-minded peers. Without any warnings at all, as was par for the course at the time; anything challenge the authority of the administration was blocked and their accounts were locked. Eventually, Facebook said I would need to send them a phot copy of my government issued I.D. That is why I have multiple accounts today. My other account is still there, just like it was. For a time I was able to hack in through a windows 8 crack and post stuff just to spite them; but eventually they shut that down also.

Finally, in response to one of their emails to send in my ID. I hit them with. I addressed it straight to Zuck. I ranted and raved about Empathy, Social Influence, Behavioral and Social Psychology. I explained Pavlov’s dog and how relevant it was to modern society. I declared, that the manipulation of social media for marketing was fundamentally wrong. As a self-proclaimed autodidact I explained my reasoning. I spoke of psychological conditioning, the dumbing down of the education system and the manipulation of the flow of information through media, how that impacted society and therefore perpetuating the downward spiral of materialism, collectivism and narcissism in the individual. I outlined Sandy Hook and placed an ethical dilemma at their feet. I knew that email would reach a fellow dreamer. I was right. I received a very direct email.

This may be a generic message. I posted this to my old Facebook page via the crack and never responded to the email. I asked everyone I knew if they had rx’d one, curious if it was sent en masse. No one else got one. To whoever it was at Facebook that forwarded my email up the chain, you’re my new best friend. To the person that took that information; I know what you did with it.

I did not know of the United States vs. Aaron Swartz story until recently. I had hear of it, but did not know why it was important. Now, more than ever I know. Net Neutrality, SOPA and PIPA legislation should be watched just as closesly as the murder of Eric Garner. They may not seem related, but they are one in the same.

Now that my hypothesis has been proven true, and the truth is out there; what are you going to do now Mark. Are you going to do the right thing; etch your name next to Aaron Swartz? Or are you going to hang out with the Senate while Rome burns?

Why I Wish I Was Dead

Well, let’s start with what I know.

I know, each individual action has an equal and opposite reaction. I know that if you let a certain factor influence your behavior, that factor is now influencing the lives of others around you, for the better or the worse. This is the basis for Chaos theory. We are all interconnected through our social interaction, establishing a global consciousness.

That right there, is where I lose people and we haven’t even got started. I will have to explain Positivism and give you multiple examples before you begin to see the bigger picture. Not because you are not as intelligent as me; you’re probably much smarter than I am. Your intelligence was measured by your ability to regurgitate highly committed information to memory. Congratulations! The public education system just turned you in to nothing more than a mindless database of information. What about your ability to reason? What about your ability to walk into a new situation, one you have never observed before, and comprehend something that until only a moment ago was foreign to you? That is your intellectual capacity. You were not taught how to reason in the public education system. If something was not working out right, you simply tried your formula backwards or started all over with the same set of dogmatic guidelines. You aren’t given a range of possibilities and asked how one might reach any number of those conclusions, developing the ability to determine for one’s self.

So, when someone of authority tells you something is truth; you have no choice but to believe.

You have been conditioned to OBEY. Luckily, I most likely had ADHD to say the least. Today, studies are getting closer and closer to blurring the line between Autism and Learning “disorders”. ADD, ADHD and Autism have been found to be linked in many ways. Both “disorders” are the result of early stress in the womb during neurological development of the fetus. This stress in the womb is triggered by the hormones in the mother’s blood stream. When a mother is stressed, her heart rate, blood pressure, glucose levels and mood all affect her hormonal production. When the developing fetus recognizes these changes; inhibitors for Emotion, Empathy and lifesaving survival instincts begin to rewire.

The fetus has to assume that regardless of what is causing the stress for the mother; whether it’s improper dieting, exhaustion because of work, financial problems (that’s a big one for countless moms over the last decade and a half) or relationship issues the environment it will be born into is hostile. The newly formed individual is instinctively already preparing for the worse.

These children have a sense of urgency. They don’t do anything at a “calm, normal level”. They process information much more abstract than the rest of us do and they do not put very much emphasis on what they assume to be trivial or, not critical to their immediate survival.

The worse the situation was in the womb for the fetus, the more closed off to the world they will be and the harder time communicating and coping they will surely have. Should we load these kids up with Amphetamine’?

I don’t know why in the hell you would assume something like Meth is a solid solution with the impact it has on brain cells and yet you refuse to hear anything regarding a naturally occurring, organic plant that could cure 60% of common illnesses and replace 130 different non-renewable industrial products with renewable ones instantly.

The answer is to change the way you educate children all together. For children that possess the certain inclination, they should be allowed to attend vocational trade schools as early as 12 so they may master that trade by the time they hit adulthood. This should be available for ALL desiring candidates.

Secondly, those children that think so abstract need to be educated in a very old school way, just like our kinetically inclined population in the trade schools will be doing; small classrooms with great student to teacher ratios allowing the abstract children access to unlimited information. Wherever their mind takes them, we will follow and tentatively provide order and structure as necessary.

That solves more problems than you could ever imagine. Provided this education is free to the student (there are a multitude of ways to make this possible). You will never run short of tradesmen as we do in today’s education/economic model. We will advance the fields of medicine and technology at an even higher exponential rate than today. 1/3^rd of the world population is uneducated by the simplest of standards. I would argue that number is closer to 70%. 1/3^rd of the American population is out of the workforce or on social assistance. It would be awesome for the low income communities if they had access to vocational education at least and yet, they do not. A pell grant, does not pay your bills. Economically, our adult population cannot go back to school and yet we refuse to educate our children the first time. Why teach them a discipline, for a trade that does not give anything back to the society? Think about your job and how it benefits society. Don’t giver yourself that bullshit corporate line your boss gives on “Moto Mondays” either. Be honest with yourself.

What are you doing to help your fellow man? Giving it to your church so they can build a bigger cathedral and increase their members? The preacher isn’t trying to save people, he’s trying to grow his own individual self-worth by increasing his congregation. It feels good to help others. But it also pays really well when it comes to religion and government. All of that money you put in the offering plate goes to the tv channel and the infrastructure and the salaries of those that manage it. Even the mission overseas require THEIR OWN fundraisers because the “coffers are empty”. Sound familiar? That is because religion was created by man, just like government. Religion, and government were both created for the consolidation and then exponential expansion of power and authority. Jesus would rather you pray in your closet, or have fellowship in your backyard around the BBQ. Any gathering that promotes selflessness, good will and equality for all is welcome anywhere. Fraternities, Country Clubs and Secret Societies have cathedral’s and tax it’s people. That is what a tithe is. When Jesus entered the temple in Jerusalem he saw the Romans and the Priests collecting tithes and tax in the form of offerings, sacrifice and hard currency. You know how that story goes.

The government and Dogmatic religion are parallel in this respect. Both claim to be the moral conscience of the individual, therefore representing the collective and furthermore; dehumanizing you through psychological condition. You are pavlov’s dog. You don’t determine your own destiny because you as an individual are (theoretically) incapable of altering your own destiny because you need a voice to represent you. What is wrong with your voice? You need someone else to interpret the words that were handed down to you from your God. Where is your freedom of thought? You need a collective to feel a part of the world around you because you do not see your likeness in the people around you. You have been trained to believe you are from a different side of the tracks, make more or less money, cut your genitals or don’t, paint your body or don’t, carry a weapon or don’t, your skin doesn’t match or you support one school and everyone else supports another. You’re too busy focusing on our differences to see how alike we are.

Every wonder why we are not supposed to talk about Religion, Politics or Money? God forbid we all figure out were arguing the same side of the coin from an infinite number of perspectives. There 7 billion realities out there based on individual perception and social influence. We can all find a reason to hate. But we don’t have to look any further for a reason to love one another than the mirror.

I lost my point to all of this. Other than the fact the answer is so simple and it is right in front of us it frustrates me to the point of wanting to remove myself from existence. I’m not better than you. I’m just another biological version of you. The atmospheric conditions of my environment altered the way I see the world as it has altered your view. If you will read Thoreau, Martin Luther Kink Jr. or listen to Imagine by Lennon these words were not original. The greatest speeches of all time are founded on a common understanding of the individuals place in society. Martin Luther King Jr had a dream we would all be equal, not just in our vote but truly equal as individuals. Jesus said we are all God’s children; for God is love. Lennon imagined a world where everyone believed the same thing; that the welfare of all mankind is important because the relationship we share is symbiotic regardless of our individual ideologues. Those men, and men like Nikolai Tesla and Aaron Swartz knew the greatest secret: the power lies with the will of the people. Should you unite under a collective voice that actually speaks for the people like these men did, the next time you will not be able to stop the movement by killing it’s leader.

The movement, only needs a leader because you believe the world to be too big and the problems too complex. We are all leaders and we should all act like leaders. The only difference between great men, and the rest of us; is they didn’t know they couldn’t accomplish what they set out to.

I am no different from you, and you are no different from the men and women that have paid the ultimate sacrifice. I’m not moving to the back of the bus anymore. You shouldn’t either.

What should you do? Non-violent civil disobedience at every unwarranted cop shooting. Occupy the police unions and if you are a cop SPEAK UP against policies that don’t represent an equal and just society. Don’t approach civilians like they’re enemy and they will return the favor. Have more police outreach and community programs. Go build an organic garden in the hood. Go hand out popsicles and water to the kids in the summer. Open a damned fire hydrant. If the “crime” doesn’t have a victim and that ticket just brings in revenue for the force, you don’t have to write that ticket and under the Common Law defense, I don’t have to have a tag, a driver’s license, registration, insurance or follow the traffic laws (no victim, no crime, plead the fifth, ask them if you’re being detain, present your common law defense and wait for the supervisors. If you are polite, respectful and courteous I don’t care if you were doing 200 mph in a school zone I can get you off as long as you did not hit anything or anyone. Any attorney that does not, is taking your money because you don’t know any better).

Don’t pay taxes. Don’t vote. Don’t shop for groceries anymore. Build an Aquaponics system, get a couple of goats and some chickens. Reduce your dependence on the machine. Read philosophy, teach yourself math from the ground up, read, READ and READ SOME MORE! Make your children READ, everything. Whether you agree with it or not, find objectivity. That is the only way to improve your stance.

Then meet me in the streets and we can make our demands to the corporations that manipulate our government into supporting a system of perpetual violence and Oligarchy.

The technology is available right now to solve the energy crisis and the debt crisis simultaneously. It will take a lot of work in the beginning from all parties. But it will be worth it. You won’t have to worry about your kids being poisoned, the water being contaminated or the food being riddled with preservatives. No one will have any reason to fly planes into our buildings or invade our shores. We can drop the borders and travel the stars together within a couple of decades of this change. Solve disease, provide universal education and end famine.

Look up the US Patent system. Ask yourself why there is no grant money for your education, yet we spent a 1 trillion dollars last year on bombs, roads and building BS schools in other countries. We were all self-sufficient in the beginning. Our mandated interdependence is why we have no voluntary desire to communicate, coupled with the fact that fascist population control models of censorship and creating division exist within our current social model. Don’t’ talk about Politics, Religion and Money. Because there are only two sides of that coin. Those with power and money and those without. What Billionaire wants you to realize that truth.
