Just as in the deepwater horizon incident (BP Gulf Oil Spill) there are serious issues with the manning, training and overall management of the EPA which in my opinion is representative of every branch of government. Systemic Failure
From the botched execution to the gas well's, to the va, to the fiscal policies.... Republicans are so afraid of the government involvement in healthcare. Democrats know the police are way out of control. Both of these represent civil distrust and disobedience to false authority.
Yet, you do not see how the issues are the same, because one is getting the notion that their healthcare is free whilst the other feels safe and snug under their racist bed sheets. Both sacrificing liberty, for security... and receiving NEITHER.
In time, it will come to fruition.
If the government sucks at managing everything, why is anyone asking them to do anything?

I have to present this example of a legit sociological phenomenon known as "spontaneous order":
Does anyone follow the speed limit on the highway anymore?
Did you know that in some instances Highway Patrol Officers have been instructed not to pull over speeders in masse because it slows the flow of traffic and increases the risk of accidents and officer fatalities?
So, if we consider the theory of relativity where it applies here regardless of the police agenda; the speed limit becomes relative to the actual flow of traffic. With no "Law Enforcement" around the highway consumer assesses the level of risk of getting caught, against the risk mitigation of self-preservation (whether or not they will wreck or ruin their car). Pedal, goes to the floor and you and six other cars end up doing 90 and 100 for as long as you remain in that "pack" you carnal animals you. This is Anarchy in action, through spontaneous order of self-determination. The social influence to speed, get where you're going and maintain your own individuality brings together with that "pack" on instinct.
This also happens if I was to walk up with a box of stuff to a group of people and start handing it out, you would naturally form a line. It happens. You have no idea why you are in lines sometimes until get to the end. Admit. "Hey LOOK! A LINE!........" go for it bro! Gas chamber....
