But there is something
else out there. There is a key aspect of the story. Maybe you can’t have
children at all as a result of some well-known incident in the past. So when
your newlywed shows up pregnant, the public is going to know that the child is
not yours and she has committed ADULTRY!!! Du..du..dunnn. She will be stoned to
death surely if you as her husband don’t do something.
People are pretty
gullible at this time because poverty and famine are like nothing any of us can
imagine. Lots of people are looking for an answer. To save your wife’s life and
prevent your son from being raised a bastard you convince the people God came
to you in a vision and said raise him as God’s child… Whew…that was close.
Now from the perspective of the child: Your dad has to tell you the truth. He seemed to be a pretty compassionate and empathetic guy in the first place, so letting the boy grow up a Narcissistic reincarnation of the creator of all things wasn’t really his cup o’ tea. But still, people are constantly going to approach you with the nonsense and the doubt, “so you’re the son of God”. Because you love your mother, you protect her. In the most passive way possible, you recognize these people are searching for a purpose so you spread nothing but good will. Pay it forward, except for the rest of their lives. This idea spreads fast. People helping people and being selfless is contagious. So finally, he takes off. He’s tired of people coming to Nazareth while he’s trying to work and interrupting him from his carpentry duties. Nothing is getting accomplished at home. He sees the good he has achieved so far and reluctantly leaves the village for the nomadic life. There are people suffering everywhere. Plague, famine, mental illness (possession) it’s all in all a bad time to exist. So he does what he can to lift their spirits with captivating speeches of selflessness and good will. Of course some people are going to follow him. He thinks, well; let’s see what we can do to make this a better place. He never outright says he is the lone son of the divine creator. He says God is love, therefore God is everywhere because we are all children of love, its inside us all so on and so forth. He enters the church and sees tithing as a tax for a “false god” because he doesn’t believe in a God at all. He is a gnostic, arguably an Agnostic with the “god is love” statement... but definitely an Atheist because he has a real problem with religion gaining a profit for nothing more than establishing authoritarian rule.
At one point, a group of starving and impoverished gathers for “the sermon at the mount”. He looks out across the crowd and holds out a loaf of bread and basket of fish. He says, “If anyone of you is hungrier than the next person…eat up.” No one touches a thing. The sermon that he gave about good will and selflessness prior to passing out the basket hit home with most everyone; or at least enough to where they all fell in line and didn’t eat the fish or bread.
The message of good will and selflessness spreads fast because of the geopolitical and economic situation. It grows farther and faster than anyone could have predicted and threatens the very fabric of society. The priests are going to lose the church so they pay the Roman’s in gold to put a stop to this anarchist by labeling him a false profit and a genuine fraud. Where he is really stirring up things is he is not personally profiting from the sermons he preaches so without a motive other than selflessness…the wicked resent the message as deceitful and a wolf in sheep’s clothing so he is constantly being ostracized and forced to “display his power” which he never does upon request because…he’s just a regular guy with a powerful message and strong personal convictions to help others. He has this sense of selflessness and conviction because of the unconditional love displayed by his father, when his mother could have easily been stoned to death and he orphaned and left to die.
There is so much tension arising now from the movement he has created the establishment can no longer allow him to spread his message. Finally, knowing the law will coming for him he looks at his group of disciples. He has an overwhelming majority of mindless consumers hanging on his every word. But Judas, Thomas and his g/f Mary Magdalene are free thinking Gnostics (intellectuals) like he. So he tells the fake ones…all of the ones that made it into the bible, you guys are going to betray me. He tells Judas, I need you to go tell the Roman’s where I am so these guys can escape. Judas, being the only real friend Jesus has reluctantly complies. He goes to the romans and lets them know. The romans capture Jesus and Pontius Pilot has a candid conversation with the Nazarene about all the nonsense. In the end, Pontius isn’t going to kill the guy. He can’t. Also an intellectual; as most of the Roman leaders were known to study philosophy, and with the tensions in the middle east for as long as anyone can remember they need a real diplomat in office more than the strong arm of the law. Pontius says I can’t sentence you, you’re a real guy but I have to turn you over to your people. This is their decision. He is later crucified.
Even on the cross, the
bitter and wicked still challenge him. If you’re the son of god get us down
from here, you wouldn’t be up here with me if it were true. So he admits he is
martyring himself for the greater good. Keep in mind; the people always
outnumber the false authority of Government, Religion and any other form of
central authority…that’s why government doesn’t last forever. So he looks out
across the crowd and says “please father”, his real dad not the supernatural
one the priests have pedaled, “forgive them”. They don’t know they have the
real power to save me and themselves. That’s the truth. The real truth. The
people have the power to set themselves free. The truth shall set you free. And
he dies…Judas writes the story down and gives it to someone he trusts, then
kills himself in a severe and understandable case of survivor’s guilt. Mary
Magdalene disappears and publishes her gospel in secret…Thomas writes his…and
the rest of the disciples all write theirs.

The Roman’s as they see democracy failing adopt the powerful message of the disciples version and utilize it to restore “order” to society before anarchy takes hold forever.
So yes, I have studied all of the books of the bible…and the Gnostic Gospels. I do not believe in miracles or deities in the supernatural sense. I do believe Jesus was the first recorded version of Martin Luther King Jr, Lennon and JFK. Without the truth being out there…we just keep repeating history. Over and over and over and over.
I’m not going to question good men or women anymore. I’m not going to doubt the goodness in us all. Chaplin, Gandhi, MLK Jr, Lennon, Marley, Lincoln, Dalai Llama… No one has to be martyred for me. I’m sure not going to martyr myself for ignorance. The fascist totalitarian’s will destroy and manipulate the message the way the “progressive” movement created Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action; creating bureaucracy instead of altering the culture itself. Creating more division and resentment between ethnicities and gender to divide, not create equality and unite….
This is just intellectual drivel to some. Just a lunatic’s interpretation of a very basic truth hidden and embroiled in deceit to discredit, discount and undermine people coming together.
Let the naysayers come from the four corners to refute ONE individual’s interpretation of the truth.
